Best Wedding Photographer: those are words I didn’t see near my name for a long time. When I got the news that we are listed as the best vendors of the DMV area I can safely say I did a happy dance. Having the respect and validation of our local peers is very important to us. Since the wedding network is small, reputation goes a long way. The way to a nomination for this list is to be nominated by other vendors on the list. This makes the recognition all the more meaningful. Thank you Washingtonian Bride & Groom magazine!

When planning a wedding the DC area this magazine is an unbelievable resource. I can tell you that I look at the vendors and real weddings listed in each and every issue. After all, remember that time we were on the cover of the magazine?

Update: Since this first time, we’ve been on the Best Vendor list for the past 5 years consistently. Every year we are called a Best wedding photographer in DC is a huge compliment. I never take it for granted. Here’s hoping that we have just as much luck in Colorado with the recognition of being a best wedding photographer.
